I will be starting a Qi Gong class Thursday nights beginning Thursday March 30th from my home close to Brodie and Davis Lane in Austin, TX 78749.
I have studied Dr. Dongxun Zhang’s JinGui Golden Shield QiGong with Stephen Andrews for over 16 years and recently have been initiated to start teaching Dr. Zhang’s lineage. Classes will be Thursdays 6:30pm and the first Saturday of the month at 1:30pm. Classes will be available in person and online on Zoom. Your first class is free so please join any time.
This form of Qi Gong is beneficial and applicable for all people any age, experience or moment in life. It is a longevity form that focuses on increasing your life vitality with the benefits of cellular strengthening, immune boosting and overall cellular protection.
We use a combination of mediation, movement and herbal formulas to promote better circulation and strengthening of your vital essence.
